THE PROCESS

FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESSES

  • Free Initial Consultation: Relative to the specific situation (or situations) you would like to address, Synergy BMC provides initial consultations for free. The consultation consists of an approximate one-hour meeting, online or in person, and is followed up by an outlined brief defining the various initiatives you may want to undertake to resolve the situation or achieve improved stability and growth. What you do with that output is up to you, but we guarantee you will find it valuable.

  • Organization Health Assessment: If you want to get brutally honest about the health of your organization, and have it documented - we can help you with that. Utilizing our 80-question Organizational Health Assessment, we work directly with you to identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Based on your responses, we will provide you with an in-depth OHA report that includes a prioritized portfolio of suggested projects that should be undertaken to improve operational efficiencies and increase business performance.
